JSH15 series reducer exclusive for Construction Hoist is self-designed and manufactured, which is applicable to power drive part of SC100/SC160/SC200 pinion and rack construction hoists as an ideal substitute product of traditional worm gear unit.
The Construction Hoist Reducer is driven by 2-stage hardened face gear with transmission efficiency up to 94%. The case is cast by high-intensity cast aluminum alloy with exquisite appearance, high strength and light weight. The gear adopts superior alloy steel and is made through carburizing and quenching and grinding process, with great features of high bearing capacity, low noise, stable operation,etc.
